Automate Facility Maintenance Process with Power Automate
This session is part of the LowCode October series where you learn how you can use applications and services in Power Platform to accelerate digital transformation of business processes. In this series, we will walk you through how to create a Facility Maintenance Application Using Microsoft Power Apps, automate the notification process with Microsoft Power Automate, and Analyze the data with Microsoft Power BI. What is the session about? This is the continuation of the Facility Maintenance Application. In this session, we will leverage Power Automate to notify the Admin team of any submission and also automate weekly status report on pending issues. We will Build Automated Cloud Flow and Schedule Cloud flow. Automated cloud flow to notify members of the Admin team of a new submission and details of such submission. A Schedule Cloud flow will be built to run weekly, exporting pending maintenance issues as tables in Email and CSV file. This way, the head of Admin can have a frequently update on issues pending.
