In this feature overview video series, we highlight new capabilities included in the latest update to Microsoft Power Virtual Agents. Add bots directly to a team's channel and mention it directly. This helps team members self-serve issues and share information directly to a bot from where they are, without having to navigate to a separate website or location to access the bot. Bot makers can create and add bots to a Microsoft Teams team’s channel directly. Microsoft Teams team members will be able to ‘@’ mention a bot in channel. The bot will respond directly in the channel and move to a private conversation with the user for privacy-related or sensitive content.
