*Who is it aimed at?* Students looking to start their open-source career, Professionals looking to accelerate their career by contributing to open-source projects, Anyone curious about open source, Anyone looking to contribute to real world projects. *Why should members attend?* Through this series, we want to empower everyone interested in open-source with access to the right knowledge they need to begin, grow and succeed in their journey to contribute to solutions to some of the world's biggest problems. *Continue the learning journey:* [LearnOpenSource](https://aka.ms/LearnOpenSource) *Speakers:* *Gwyneth Peña-Siguenza* is a Cloud Developer Advocate at Microsoft and YouTuber. She is passionate about introducing people to cloud computing and creating friendly and concise content. When not doing advocacy related things, she is probably playing video games (Big fan of Days Gone, Far Cry, and Sleeping Dogs), hanging out with my family, friends, or eating mint chocolate chip ice cream. *Husseinat Etti-Balogun* is a software developer for two separate space technology and earth application project groups: LibreCube and Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). She is a soon-to-be Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree holder from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. In her free time, Husseinat runs a social commentary YouTube channel with her twin sister, a coding advocacy TikTok page, and creates digital and physical art. Abiola Farounbi is currently a student of University of Lagos studying Computer Engineering. She is a front-end developer passionate about various technologies and building designing user friendly and web accessible applications. She also contributes to open source projects.
