In Azure Development, we regularly test SAP workloads on Azure infrastructure. Thereby, we are using the tool RGCOPY that copies a complete SAP landscape contained in an Azure resource group. This tool is available as Open Source on GitHub. In this video you learn how to use RGCOPY for copying an Azure resource group (with or without SAP). The target resource group might be in a different region or subscription.
