Public preview: Stream Analytics no-code editor updates in August 2022

Stream Analytics no-code editor was announced for public preview at Microsoft Build 2022. This month, it has been refreshed with several new capabilities including:
- Support new output sink: Azure SQL Database.
- Support data enrichment scenario with reference data input sources from Azure SQL Database.
- Added runtime logs with diagnostic logs for troubleshooting.
- UI refreshed with new ribbon design to categorize inputs/outputs/operations.
