New Boards Hub, Sprint 212 Update
In sprint 211 we enabled the “Try the New Boards Hub” banner and popup. This has resulted in a lot of great user feedback, and in turn, a pile of bugs. Our main focus in sprint 212 was fixing these bugs. That trend will continue through sprint 213.
Oh, and we did squeeze in one new usability feature (see below) that has been a problem for a long time. 🎉🥳🎊
Notable bugs fixed

| Order of links on working item Development control | Links are in the wrong order in the work item development control. |
| Order of field on card | Wrong order of fields in cards on Kanban board. |
| Recycle bin with 20,000 items | Operation failed message when opening the recycle bin with more than 20,000 work items. |
| Error banners on queries hub | Not clearing error banner at the top of query results after the query is fixed and re-run. |
| Sprint filters and newly added tasks | Tasks are disappearing when adding new task to the board that does not match the filter applied. |

| Iteration value on new work items | The default iteration value is not being used when creating a new work item. |

Note: Although these items are fixed, they may not be released to all organizations yet. Rollout can take a few days to a couple weeks.
Edit work item link types
Changing a work item link requires at least three steps to complete. For example, to change a parent link to a related link, you need to copy the work item id, remove the parent link, add a new existing link of type related, and finally paste the copied id and save. It is a cumbersome process.
We solved the problem by allowing you to edit and change the link type directly. You can quickly change the link type in just one step.
